1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 4jili.cam ("4jili", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", or "your") and 4jili governing your use of our online casino and sports betting platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

• Geographic Restrictions: 4jili services are available exclusively to residents of the Philippines. You must be physically located within the Philippines when accessing the Platform and placing bets. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your location is strictly prohibited.
• Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 4jili complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If online gambling is illegal in your location, you must not use our services.
• Single Account: Each person may register only one account with 4jili. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Third-Party Restrictions: You may not be an employee, affiliate, or relative of an employee of 4jili or our business partners. You may not be a professional player or act on behalf of any third party.

By registering with 4jili, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Any false representation may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Account Creation

To access 4jili gaming services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and Philippine residence address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 4jili immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 4jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3.3 Account Verification

4jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide these documents within 7 days of request. Failure to provide verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.4 Account Use Restrictions

Your 4jili account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, nor may you use another person's account. Commercial use of the Platform is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be immediately closed and reported to authorities.

3.5 Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including using stolen identities or payment methods, constitutes fraud and will result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4jili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash deposits, and cryptocurrency (USDT). All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from ₱100 to ₱500. Maximum deposit limits apply based on account verification level and payment method. Limits are displayed during the deposit process.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business hours depending on the sending bank. Funds will be credited to your 4jili account balance once payment is confirmed. 4jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

4.4 Deposit Errors

If you believe a deposit error has occurred, contact 4jili customer support immediately with transaction details. We will investigate and rectify confirmed errors. Intentional exploitation of deposit errors may result in account closure.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on 4jili are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate, which may include conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified with valid identification documents. You must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name that match your account registration details.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

4jili processes most withdrawals within 5-30 minutes for verified accounts during business hours (9 AM - 9 PM Philippine Time, Monday-Sunday). GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically instant. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business hours. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawals may require additional verification time.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on account VIP level and verification status, ranging from ₱50,000 to ₱500,000 per transaction. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

4jili does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, payment providers (banks, e-wallets) may charge their own transaction fees which are deducted from the withdrawal amount. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

4jili reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or terms violations are suspected. We may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements cannot withdraw until requirements are met or bonuses are forfeited.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 4jili monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. You must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits that are immediately withdrawn without gaming activity will be flagged and may incur processing fees or account restrictions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at 4jili's sole discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, and time limits. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be read and accepted before claiming.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet before bonus funds become withdrawable. Requirements vary by bonus type and game category. Games contribute differently toward wagering - slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

4jili strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting systems designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other players. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account closure.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

If you request a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. 4jili reserves the right to cancel bonuses at any time if terms are violated.

6.5 Maximum Bet Limits

While playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically ₱50-₱200 per spin or hand depending on the bonus). Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in forfeiture of bonus and winnings.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games on 4jili use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final and binding. 4jili does not manipulate or alter game outcomes.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. 4jili will investigate malfunctions and refund affected bets at our discretion. Software errors, technical failures, or incorrect game displays do not constitute valid claims for winnings.

7.3 Fair Play Policy

Players must engage in fair play at all times. Prohibited activities include: using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors, colluding with other players, and engaging in chip dumping or other forms of cheating. Violations will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

7.4 Betting Limits

7.5 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any active bets will remain valid and be settled according to game rules. You can review completed game rounds in your account history. It is your responsibility to maintain stable internet connection while gaming.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4jili and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Philippine law
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Colluding with other players or employees to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Engaging in chip dumping, money laundering, or other fraudulent financial activities
• Chargebacks or reversing legitimate deposits through your payment provider
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward staff or other players
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the Platform or its security
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Copying, scraping, or reproducing 4jili content without permission

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action. 4jili cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating illegal activities.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranties

4jili provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 4jili, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made in the past 30 days.

9.3 Force Majeure

4jili shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or technical failures of third-party service providers.

9.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (payment processors, game providers) over which 4jili has no control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9.5 Gambling Risks

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 4jili is not responsible for your gambling losses. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose and should seek help if gambling becomes problematic.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 4jili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements may forfeit bonuses upon closure.

10.2 Suspension by 4jili

4jili reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time if we suspect terms violations, fraudulent activity, or to comply with regulatory requirements. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or make withdrawals pending investigation.

10.3 Permanent Termination

4jili may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, provide false information, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if terms were materially breached.

10.4 Self-Exclusion

10.5 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 4jili may charge an inactivity fee of ₱500 per month after 12 months of inactivity, deducted from your account balance. Accounts with zero balance may be closed.

11. Changes to Terms

4jili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of 4jili services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of updates.
